How It Works
From a product link on any China marketplace to a delivery at your door in Uganda — here's exactly what happens at every stage, and what it costs.
The Process
Six steps, start to finish
Every order — big or small — moves through the same six stages, tracked from China to your door.
01
Order Placed
Send us the product link
Found something on 1688, Alibaba, AliExpress or Made-in-China? Paste the link, or send us a screenshot and description on WhatsApp. No account or Chinese payment method needed on your end.
- Works with single items or bulk/wholesale orders
- We can also source a product for you if you don't have a link
02
Verified & Quoted
We verify the supplier & quote you
We confirm the supplier is legitimate, check stock and price, and send you one landed cost — product, our service fee, and estimated freight — before you commit to anything.
- No hidden costs added after you've paid
- Typical quote turnaround: under 24 hours
03
Payment
You approve & pay locally
Once you approve the quote, you pay us in Uganda shillings — mobile money or bank transfer. We then pay the supplier in China directly, so you never need Alipay, WeChat Pay or a Chinese bank account.
04
Inspection & Warehousing
We inspect & hold your goods
Your order arrives at our China warehouse, where we check quantity and quality against what was ordered, then hold it until you're ready to ship — alone or combined with other orders.
05
Consolidation & Freight
We consolidate & ship
Where it makes sense, we combine your order with others heading to Uganda into one shipment, then send it by air (faster) or sea (more economical), whichever fits your timeline and budget.
06
Clearance & Delivery
Customs cleared, delivered to you
We handle URA documentation and clearance on arrival, then deliver door-to-door — to your home, shop or office anywhere in Uganda.
Step 05, In Detail
Choose how it ships
We'll recommend a method based on your order, but the choice is always yours.

Common Questions
About the process
Is there a minimum order size?
No minimum for individual items sent by air. For sea freight, it's most cost-effective above roughly 100kg — we'll advise on the best method for your order size.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile money and bank transfer within Uganda. You never need to pay the supplier in China directly.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get updates at each stage: payment confirmed, warehoused, shipped, and out for delivery.
What if the product arrives damaged or wrong?
Goods are inspected at our China warehouse before shipping. If something is wrong at that stage, we resolve it with the supplier before it ever leaves China.
Can you source a product if I don't have a link?
Yes. Describe what you need — with photos or specs if you have them — and we'll find and quote suppliers for you.
